Fitness and Conditioning

Fitness is important for people and animals alike of any age but sometimes it takes having a program or attendance in class to keep us accountable. Fitness levels are indicative of the last 2 weeks of activity, so if your pet has had even minor surgery requiring rest, a fitness program can help get them back up to speed.

Trying to determine if your pet is suitable for certain athletic events or pleasure activities can also be a little overwhelming and you may be uncertain how to train. Some pet parents simply want to know if current activity levels are providing enough to maintain conditioning and fitness. We can help.
It is often difficult to tell if a pet is compensation or not. Sometimes it is a very subtle sign that goes unnoticed for years and can lead to compensatory movement patterns and chronic muscle tension or fascia restrictions.

By having your pet's posture evaluated, we can help improve their quality of life and conditioning.
